Our Rates

Step #1: All new clients must start first with a pre-paid package. Don’t worry, any unused hours can definitely be rolled over into future months. Please select the package that best suits you below, keeping in mind that the more hours you purchase the lower your hourly rate.

5 Hour Package – $190  [ Buy Now ]

20 Hour Package – $680  [ Buy Now ]

Step #2: Pay-As-You-Go. After the initial Pre-Paid Package has been completely used we may (at our discretion) move clients into a Pay-As-You-Go arrangement.  We track our time to-the-minute and bill you on the 15th and 30th of each month.

Our Pay-As-You-Go rates are based on the number of hours you use during the month.  The more you use, the more you save!

General Payment Policies

An original contract, signed by all parties, is required to be on file in our office prior to any work being performed.  Legible faxed copies are acceptable.

All time is tracked using Cashboard (a time tracking and invoicing service). Clients receive a unique username and password for the Cashboard system so that they can login at any time to see how many hours have been accumulated for their project.

All time spent on projects is billable. This includes client phone calls, e-mail correspondence and any other tasks required to ensure that projects are completed.

Rush work is billed at a higher rate. A $10 per hour “rush charge” will be added to the general rate for all same day/rush/after hours/week end work.

All expenses incurred by us in order to complete the assigned will be billed to the client. This includes things like: postage, stock photography, WordPress templates, domain registration, hosting, etc.

All invoices are due upon receipt. We require prompt payment from our clients so that we can in turn pay our team members on time.  Failure to make payment in a timely fashion will result in all work on your account being stopped until payment is made in full.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay via PayPal.  On the page that comes up after clicking your payment link look on the bottom left of the page (just above the Visa, Mastercard images)…where it reads “Don’t have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)” and click on the “Continue” text.  That will allow you to use a credit card without creating or using a PayPal account.
